What data we store

When you create an account in the app, we store:

  • your username;
  • your email address, but not in readable form: only an encrypted check value used to sign in. This is why we cannot read your address or write to you;
  • your password, also only as an encrypted value;
  • a random pseudonym (for example P-7K3Q9X) and the date you registered.

Your answers in the app (feeling, intensity, exercises) are only used in your browser during a round and are not stored on the server.

Cookies and browser storage

We use a single technically necessary cookie, "dalagom.sid", to keep you signed in for up to 30 days. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The app also remembers your chosen language in your browser's local storage.

Server logs

For security, the server logs every request with IP address, time and requested page. This helps detect abuse; for example, too many sign-in attempts block an IP address for a while. Logs are kept for [RETENTION PERIOD].

Where the data is hosted

The app and this website run on a virtual server at Hostinger, located in [DATA CENTRE LOCATION]. Domain names are resolved via Cloudflare; Cloudflare only provides the server's address and receives neither the page content nor your data. We do not use external services for fonts, analytics or advertising.

What we use the data for

Only so that you can use the app: sign in, stay signed in and protect the service against abuse. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties.

Your rights

You can request information about your data, its correction or deletion, including deleting your account, by emailing [CONTACT EMAIL]. As your email address is not stored in readable form, please state your username. Chilean data protection law applies.
